The memorial to the United States 466th Bomb Group lies on a small triangle of land just off the B1535 near Weston Longville, 8 miles north of Norwich in Norfolk.


It stands close to the airfield, long closed, at which the airmen served. Stand in front on the memorial surrounded by the peaceful Norfolk countryside and reflect on the contribution of these men. 


And of lives that once passed time here, some who returned to leave and some who never left. People and places - the history of our life.
