Chew Valley Lake is a remarkable example of a man-made reservoir which has become a wonderful place to visit and relax. There are many opportunities to enjoy its range of recreational and leisure facilities including bird-watching, walking and picnicking.

As you meander down around the lakeside, you can enjoy the splendid view across the wide expanse of water and listen to the sounds of the many wild birds who inhabit this welcoming environment. For the more active, there are two trails which wander around the lake.

For those who simply wish to relax in the peaceful surroundings, simply sit back and soak up the atmosphere.
